A: A nasal swab sample can be self-collected by individuals aged 18 and older. For children under 18, the sample should be collected under adult supervision. Please follow your local guidelines for specimen collection by children.

Q: Do I need to report the test result to the NHS?
A: The NHS only accepts results or QR codes from NHS-supplied tests.

Q: Will a certificate be provided after the test?
A: No certificate is provided after the test. You can report your results according to local rules or consult the seller.

Q: How many drops of the processed specimen are needed for a valid result?
A: Add 4 drops of the processed specimen to the specimen well to obtain a valid result.

Q: What if the test result is positive?
A: A positive result means it is very likely that you have COVID-19 because proteins from the virus that causes COVID-19 were found in your sample. You should contact a healthcare provider for medical advice about your positive result. Your healthcare provider will work with you to determine the infection status and the best way to treat it.

Q: What if the test result is negative?
A: A negative result indicates that antigens from the virus that causes COVID-19 were not found in your sample, meaning you likely do not have COVID-19. However, if you continue to experience symptoms such as fever, cough, and/or shortness of breath, you should seek follow-up care with your healthcare provider. They will consider the test result along with your medical history (including symptoms, possible exposures, and recent travel) to determine the best course of action.
