Berkeley Health is proud to announce a new partnership with Waitrose, one of the UK’s most trusted and respected retailers. From 22 September 2025, customers will be able to purchase certified, affordable, quick and accurate at-home self-test kits from Berkeley Health in over 100 Waitrose stores across the UK and online
This launch represents an important step in our mission to make self-test kits more accessible nationwide, built on shared values of trust, quality, convenience and wellbeing.
WHY WAITROSE
At Berkeley Health, we believe partnerships should reflect shared values. Waitrose has consistently shown leadership in supporting customer wellbeing, from setting targets for 65% of its own-label sales to come from healthier options by 2026, to reducing sugar and salt in everyday staples, and introducing new initiatives like the Plant Varieties logo to encourage a more balanced diet. These steps reflect a clear commitment to helping people live healthier lives through the choices they make every day.
That same ethos sits at the heart of Berkeley Health. By making our at-home self-test kits available in Waitrose, we are extending that journey. Just as customers can rely on Waitrose for nutritious food and trusted quality, they can now also access quick, certified and accurate health insights in the comfort of their own home.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR CUSTOMERS
Healthcare should be simple, accessible and affordable. Through this partnership, UK customers can now pick up quick, accurate, certified and affordable at-home self-test kits during their regular Waitrose shop.
These tests are designed to provide reliable, easy-to-understand results at home. Customers can take their test in the privacy and comfort of their own home, without the need for appointments or clinics. If a test result is positive, unclear or concerning, or if you have symptoms, please consult a healthcare professional for advice and follow up.
Our self-test kits are not a replacement for medical care but an empowering first step in taking control of your health. They are especially valuable when it is difficult to get an appointment, or when you simply want to track something for peace of mind. By making trusted self-tests accessible at home, we also help to relieve some of the everyday pressure on NHS services, giving people more convenient ways to monitor their health.
WHICH SELF-TEST KITS ARE AVAILABLE IN WAITROSE
Through our partnership with Waitrose, these seven at-home self-test kits will be available in Waitrose:
Each kit is certified, clinically backed, easy to use and designed to deliver quick, reliable results at home. All Berkeley Health self-test kits are CE Marked, MHRA approved and produced under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards, reflecting our commitment to the highest levels of quality, safety and reliability.
Recently, we also achieved the M-Tick certification for our Menopause, Vitamin D, UTI, Vaginal Infection and Thyroid TSH self-tests. The M-Tick, created by GenM, is a trusted symbol that highlights products designed to better support the menopause journey and women’s health. This recognition underscores our dedication to providing solutions that are both inclusive and clinically backed.
